Generally a good place to live in a great location. The apartments are nice and well maintained with good layouts. There’s a secure parking spot. Facilities are clean and well maintained. I wish some of the facilities, like the gym, were bigger so there would be more availability in peak hours. Some of the security features could be upgraded as well.

The maintenance staff is very helpful, quickly responding to maintenance requests. The maintenance team is very responsive! And super friendly! The location of the complex is perfect and the landscaping is well maintained. The new management team are really trying to make this a community instead of just your typical apartment complex.

The apartment is very nice! Love the beautiful well maintained grounds with flowers and lush grass. The apartment is tidy and well kept. The leasing staff puts on events for the residents and has food trucks that come periodically which is amazing! The pools are clean and very nice during the summer. Dog runs are well maintained. Love the closeness to Central Market. Recommend!

The Essex House in Highland Village is truly a standout community. From the moment you arrive, you notice how well-maintained and spotless everything is—cleanliness here is clearly a top priority. The grounds and common areas are always pristine, which makes the whole environment feel welcoming and peaceful. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet it is; it’s the perfect balance of comfort and calm, making it easy to truly feel at home.
