Breaks ins all the time!!!!!!!!!!

Limited parking spaces filled with Junk Cars (no tags, flats tires, wont start) literally Junk Cars

Terrible Communication when there is a issue.

Much better options at this price point.

nice and quiet area to live but i would recommend putting in a playground on that big empty park space for the kids to enjoy. that would be nice.

Best Garden walk up community In the energy corridor period!

Silverado is one of a kind. It's difficult to find an apartment complex that is both affordable and great staff and service. Yes the property is past 30 years old so yes it has normal wear and tear. It is not perfect but it is great service clean and the staff makes all the difference. They are dedicated and truly care about the community. I wish all residents cared as much as they did. Most do but of course there is carless neighbors that don't pick up after their own pets. Or abuse the... amenities just like every other complex in the planet. The difference here is the team, the price, the location and the peacefulness. Very happy here!
