I visited the property a few weeks to inquire about a 3 bedroom. While at the property I was speaking with the assistant manager, who was very calm and helpful. My issue is while in the assistant managers office there was a violent disturbance in the other office. The person who I’m assuming is the manager was at her desk when a manly looking woman stormed into her office and commenced to curse her out. The unknown lady then stated she wanted to see a resident file, at which point I asked the... assistant manager if the lady worked there. She replied no. There was another worker who came in and apologized for the behavior that was taking place and the closed the assistant managers to attempt to mute the conversation. I was so disturbed I asked the other two ladies if this is a normal occurrence. To which they looked at each other and uncomfortably stated yes. I will not be moving in or recommending anyone to this property. Because if this lack of professionalism, violent outbursts, and overall disregard of confidentiality of resident files is the norm from the property manager I can only imagine the chaos on property. I just moved in my new place and we love it , it’s Quiet as well as peaceful, I have not met all of the office staff , however the young lady I did meet , I must say I wish there was more pleasant and professional staff like her , thank you Makara… ??

I’m a current resident and the apartments are nice inside, but the trash and food left in the hallways and stairwells are disgusting. This is a new property that is already going down hill because of the unattended kids..I would not recommend, and can’t wait til my lease ends already
