Love love this apartment, had a great experience as my first home. Apartments are nice and are modern. Staff is very nice and have great customer service. Floors and environment are very clean. Looking forward to review my lease :)

Definitely a decent spot if you’re in between living situations but between the bugs, water always off because something is broken, and their constant inability to return a message or phone call. It’s a waste of money sadly. You’re always told if you have issues contact them, then when you do they either don’t respond or drag their feet. Honestly consider this apartment as your last resort.

If you want one of the best places to live for you and your family in a quiet neighborhood with a great apartment, staff, then this is not the place for you. The management here has their heads up their asses. They cannot even handle simple tasks like returning phone calls or giving you any respect. Multiple break-ins and cars stolen. They do not inform the community about this, and keep it all hidden within themselves. Apartments have mold and cockroaches galore. They will not answer to these... problems. I just encounter the worst customer services ever. The website says that on summer hours is from 9-6 pm. I got to the place at 5:36 and the manager never acknowledged my visit. She keep talking to a friend until 5:46 and then told me that she is closed even thou the hours are until 6pm. She even argue with me what was my time of arrival. She also says she can't show the apartment 30 mins before closing with a really bad attitude. Anyways they won't get a penny from me. I won't waste my... time.
