Guy was very rude did not want to help out at all and made us wait a long time at the office just to say there’s nothing available and he doesn’t know when he’ll have one, I also asked then why online there’s few available which his answer was I don’t know

The staff was wonderful during the moving process, since moving in they provide events for the residence, as well as food truck Fridays! the grounds are kept up and manicured. The community is quiet but family oriented, nothing too much to cause a disturbance in your apartment.

There is new management. The pool that used to be crystal clear is now very dirty. It used to be cleaned almost every day by the previous management. The water quality was tested frequently. The water was cloudy for the whole week and now it is looking green!! We can’t use it. These apartments are very expensive for such a poor maintenance.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely neighborhood. Excellent staff and management. The level of care and attention to tenant’s needs is truly remarkable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a home in the Katy area.

Great staff, fell in love with the unit and property when first time seeing in person. Very excited and looking forward to moving in and living here
