I scheduled an appointment to view a unit with an agent. They were late and I decided to do a self guided tour. I was told after I paid for an application fee that all documents must be direct pdf downloads which I unfortunately could not accommodate. Any responses were copied and paste. Great place to live the staff are great all round

The experience and service are fantastic. The apartment meets my expectations and I love having Lisa and Shondra in the front and Ben at valet. Up until recently, i have not had a good experience with maintenance, but they did a good job on their most recent work order. The staff has been very kind and helpful, which certainly adds to the experience. They especially have done a great job with communication/performance during things like the recent murder across the sheet. I wish they would do... more resident events outside of work hours and I think the gym could use some upgrades. I also still do not understand if i should be tipping to use valet, which is why i have never used it. But, mostly i am very happy and hope to stay provided the rate stays the same.
