I have been without AC for 19 consecutive days with no repair timeline on the horizon. Management said there is no compensation that we can receive.

Everything looks nice apartments, pool, gym but they are a rip off. Ive been in horror since i moved here and its only been 3 months. Its dog poop everywhere outside! Not even a month with me moving in my fridge went out and i just put all my money in my fridge to feed me n my kids. The office didnt refund my money or none. Cause they claim even “New items breaks” but the whole building was suppose to be new. The whole building is without heat, keep having electrical issues and it’s supposedly a new building. This apartments are small and impractical no storage , no bathroom drawers or linen closet no coat closet limited counter space and the island is a rental item does not come with the apartment , parking is not free and all parking around buildings and first floor is an extra fee on top of paid parking
