Unsafe, dirty, unpleasant management, stay away!!! I referred a friend here and regret it so much because they got bought out by a company from California and they don’t keep up with anything!! Everyone has roaches! They left us without AC for two weeks in the summer. They go through maintenance people like shirts. Gate is always broken. Homeless mentally ill sleeping on the stairs.

Do not rent from here these apartments are now horrible! They do not keep up maintenance of the hallways or ground, management does not enforce rules and people play loud music after hours. This apartment is perfect for loud,boisterous college students but not for any adults or families seeking a quiet and peaceful environment. Also due to them thinking putting boxes to put your trash in as a bright idea there are now roaches starting to run around the property and come in the apartments.... However, they fit right in with the abundance of spiders that call the hallway home. I give this property another year before it becomes unbearable. Oh and don't dare try to inform the apartment manager Miriam of your complaints! Oh no according to her she can't do anything about any of this or explains how she walked the grounds and didn't observe any of this going on. Read More
