Alicia and Rosa are incredibly friendly and professional. They made our move-in experience quick, easy, and efficient. The apartment is brand new and spacious, featuring beautiful appliances. We love the resort-style pool, the high-end gym, and how safe and well-lit the complex is at night. Our neighbors are kind and respectful, maintenance is quick and professional, and it's centrally located. We truly feel at home here.

Meridian city park is one of the best places I ve lived at, I had other opportunities elsewhere to choose from but chose Meridian due to the great customer service and excellent staff, Ms Alicia genuinely cares about the community/ residents. She goes above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

I wish I could say my experience here was positive, but unfortunately, it’s been anything but. The management at this complex are outright liars. They promise great service but fail to deliver on the basics—like providing consistent hot water. A large percentage of the time, there’s no hot water at all, and despite repeated complaints from multiple tenants, nothing gets done to fix the issue.

It’s truly disappointing to see how tenant concerns are handled (or rather, ignored) by the management.... They appear unbothered by the frustrations of those who live here, which speaks volumes about their professionalism.

While the apartments may look nice aesthetically, it’s clear they are constructed with cheap, subpar materials. Everything looks good on the surface, but the quality is horrible once you live here. My experience with applying and getting approved by this property was nothing short of amazing. Rosa was extremely helpful and patient while I made my decision. Everything I needed to know concerning rent or any additional fees was explained to me upfront and also sent to me via email for consideration. It’s a new property and I love that. The apartments felt like a home as soon as I begin the tour. I drove there at night to make sure it was safe and there was security maintaining the... property. I must say I’m happy and I give Rosa ten stars!! She exhibited excellent customer service and communicated in a timely manner when I had additional questions.
