I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience at this property. My car was broken into while parked directly in front of the leasing office, and shockingly, there was no security camera footage available. When I reported the incident, management’s response was cold and dismissive -they simply handed me a trash bag to collect the broken glass and showed zero empathy or concern.

This wasn’t an isolated incident. Just a few months earlier, several cars had their tires stolen in the same parking lot.... Clearly, security is a serious and ongoing issue here.

Even worse than the lack of safety is the way management treats residents. They routinely ignore concerns and make no effort to resolve ongoing problems. In my case, water has been leaking onto my patio for months, damaging my furniture and even splashing on guests- yet despite repeated complaints, management has done nothing to fix it.

If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes resident safety, comfort, or basic respect - this is not it. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Read More

Management here is horrible. I have two previous incidents where my car was broken into while parked in the parking garage. The third incident that happened my vehicle was stolen on the property. Went to speak to the manager and he assured me that something would be done and to email him a detailed incident report. I sent the initial email and three follow up emails without a response. The management here does not care for the safety or overall well being of their tenants. They hired a security... guard who stays on their phone all night and the gate rarely ever works. Been here only three months, so the rating is a little premature. I can always update with a new one if needed. Mostly, the apartment is nice. I have a nice balcony view, maintenance requests are responded to promptly (have only needed to make one so far), and I have had no issues with receiving packages. I also like the gym and that there's a food truck that comes on most Wednesdays. My only complaints are noise - mostly people above me, and then the biggest flaw is that my unit has next to no... cell phone reception... It's really inconvenient and I wish I had known before moving in, as I've been working from home throughout the pandemic. STAY AWAY!!! DON'T FEEL SAFE HERE!!!! Cars get stolen. Lots of car theft and I don't feel like anything has changed from management to address this problem.

The complex is pretty clean and the staff has been very very nice and helpful. The gym is one of my favorite parts. I also really like the package concierge we have. I wish we had assigned parking a the garage. I live in the second floor and frequently have to park on the fourth floor if I come home late. Assigned parking would make it a lot easier. I?m not a fan of the visitor parking being on the first floor but I know that can?t really change. Lately, the fire alarm system has been the WORST... part about living here. For the first year I lived here I didn?t hear it once. Over the past 3-4 months I think I?ve heard it 8 times, many times it?s gone off in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. I recognize this happens in apartments but this is ridiculous in my opinion and has made me think more about moving locations. Other than that I think this is a great place to live, good location, maintence is timely and the units themselves have some of the nicest features you can get for this price. Read More
