I have lived here for a year and this apartment has been great ! Thank you to the leasing staff especially Emily she is always helpful and listens if I have a concern. :)

This is absolutely, by far, the worst place that I have lived. There were an ungodly amount of problems that seemed to never get solved and were not taken seriously by leasing.

- Within the first week of moving in my A/C broke. It took them 7 days and me complaining multiple times a day, often in person, for them to call someone to fix it. I moved in the middle of June. During this time a maintenance man entered my apartment to ”fix” the issue twice, but really just walked around for two... minutes and marked the issue as “complete” when he fixed nothing.

- Gates and locks are broken so literally anyone has access.

- They don’t check credit so anyone can live here. I was met with SWAT one lovey afternoon arresting three people with warrants.

- Fire alarms go off ALL the time. They also go off at night from people smoking.

- They will overcharge you. I was told my renters insurance was not submitted and I was charged a $50 “renters insurance lapse fee” when I submitted it twice. Also, I was charged a “late rent free” of $145.49 which was paid on the first of the month. I was told everyone was charged that and they were looking at taking it off.

- Don’t expect to get your full deposit back. At last minute they’ll add charges they forgot about.

- There is dog pee and poop all over the hallway carpet. The dog owner NEVER clean up after their pets and the leasing office couldn’t care less.

- The parking garage is incredibly small so two cars can’t turn on the ramp at the same time and everyone speeds. It’s almost a collision any time you go up or down the parking garage.

- You have an income max (yes you read that correctly). If you try to renew your lease they will harass your place of work and ask your boss to promise them you won’t receive a bonus or salary increase for the next year. Read More
