Staff that is considerate and attentive to residents' needs. The maintenance is completed on schedule. The apartments have a pool, gym, and other amenities that contribute to a pleasant and friendly neighborhood.

This property is adorable. Nice neighbors and a peaceful community. Cute blue doors and vinyl wood floors. All of that is a plus but that’s only if you’re willing to deal with no hot water. About every week they send an email saying there is a boiler room issue again and then that it is fixed, so 3 out of every 5 times you need to take a shower, the water will be cold and get to room temp at best. Extremely frustrating to spend as much as I do here and have to shower at my mom’s house.

If I could give zero stars I would. Roaches, no hot water, unresponsive management. Find another place to live.

Cons:
Parking lot is very small, and confusing, it’s separated into several smaller lots with one entry/exit.
8 out of 10 times the water is not hot, either just warm enough to take a quick shower or too cold to even wash your hands.
Although there is a dog park and recovery bags provided, there is always large amounts of dog waste left behind and staff will ignore it.

The updated units are nice and the non updated units are satisfactory. I did not even complete the lease process because the management is never at the office. They are sweet but they are never there. I put in an application for a unit and in the process of approval they rented the unit out from under me and tried to sell me on a higher priced unit. They never call you with any information. I had to contact corporate to find the results for my application. I currently live out of town and made... the trip to bring in my application with notification to the office I was coming and they were not there.
