Leaks, holes, cracks, and bad insulation. Do not move here!! It is run down, they will evict you over a $1 balance and charge $80- $150 late fees over it. But if you ask them to fix basic living necessities, they will take 1 month to "address" it and another 1-2 months to fix it.

Solo te dicen mañna mañna y nunca apáresen y si van te dejan mas peor de lo que está te gusta vivir en un cochinero donde ni atención te ponen donde solo quieren tu dinero este es tu hogar 100% pésimo

Do not rent here my apartment burned down and didn’t do anything and it all happen because of an electrical problem they couldn’t fix leaving 3 families without help

Roaches & mice!! Highly Do not recommend!!!
I moved in July 23rd always pay rent on time !! they never replaced the carpet from the previous resident who lived here for 4 years with dogs!! The foundation is poor it rained inside the apartment my bathtub is coming apart!! My disposal is awful & They have roaches & mice !! Management does not fix anything & I have been complaining for months they just blow me off the light outside doesn’t work so extremely dark at night!! This place is horrible!!
