This place seemed nice and quiet. I thought it was up to par. Closer inspection things are piecemealed and barely keep it together. My friend has been without AC for over a week. She says she has been complaining about a leak that happens everytime it rains. They sealed her 2nd bedroom window closed. It pours down to her 1st floor. They been promising to fix the windows since she moved in. Initially maintenance was on everything.

Horrible
I have been here 4 months my unit was not ready when I was suppose to move in they were still painting when I went to pick up my keys. I had a long list of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in that took a month to get done there is only 1 maintenance person for both of their properties. I have been dealing with my ac freezing up since I have been there and have called and sent numerous text messages to have this fixed.Also I pay my rent early and I never receive my water bill i have to... call to see how much or unless they put an unpaid notice on the door how can i pay something I never received I am reporting them to the BBB today and if no results I will call Aikins Army it's to hot. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Horrible Customer Service
If I could leave a 0 rating I most certainly would . Tried calling the office multiple times regarding issues with my unit that needed a o be fixed but no answer . I have no way contacting them unless they decide to provide me with a bill for charges I wasn’t aware of until AFTER my rent was already paid . I’ve been here 4 months and after tireless excuses , the “Property Manager” tells me he just found out that I have to go to the post office and provide my lease to get a key . However ,... shortly after this , the receptionist or whomever she is tells my fiancé that she’ll have the mailbox keys ready . DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY DONT KNOW WHST THEY ARE DOING .
