All drive in gates are broken, both pools are closed, grass gets a foot tall, trash not picked up daily, expect maggots in hallways, they got in my apartment. Managment has no plans to fix anything and offers no compensation.

You literally have to email corporate to get work orders done. Not the general email on the website, CORPORATE. then maintenance comes out. High staff turnover, the manager and leasing agents have quit and I’ve been here for 6 months.

They care more about aesthetics than the quality of apartments. So many residents have leaks, gate are broken and a/c issues, however the manager (who quit) once emailed residents their input on what color to paint the elevator (I’m not kidding).

Emerge living... prioritize getting residents in, even corporate staff told me “I don’t care about resident stories, I need the sale. Move in.” Direct quote. Leasing office is always too busy to help, you have to be a Karen to get work orders fixed (again, emailing corporate).

Packages are unorganized in the back. Managers are late paying vendors. Pool was closed by the city. It’s like an attractive person but with no depth. You really want to date a person like that? That’s what a lease is here.

First off, Samantha...the nice young lady helped from start to finish and she basically know the ins and outs of the apartment complex. It took little to no time for my application to be approved, I liked everything about the complex itself plus its ducked off from many other apartments and there is not much traffic coming and going. This is basically my 4th apartment and I plan on staying here for awhile ... Samantha, YOU GO GIRL!

I have lived here for almost 4 years now and have gone through several changes of management. Each one gets worse. Currently, the pool is closed going on two weeks with no explanation (hopefully to finally clean it and the nasty hot tub). Priorities for where they spend money are so skewed. The gym is so incredibly outdated and needs new equipment. Graffiti on elevator signs. Our gates are always broken, leaving room for security and safety issues. I have been towed from my own parking garage,... had the catalytic converter stolen off of my vehicle, and have seen cars on blocks multiple times. Both times the front office basically told me "you're on your own." There was even one morning where someone was held at gunpoint in our parking garage about a year ago. Yet they will pay to put a new charging station in the garage, but can't put security cameras in? Make it make sense, we have children living here. They painted the building and that is about the only maintenance they've done and its only cosmetic. The dog park desperately needs to be torn up and re-done. It smells so disgusting when you even walk by it, not to mention going up the stairs next to it. People don't clean up after their pets have accidents in the hallway, maintenance staff takes forever to address a submitted request. The current management company has often made mistakes on our billing, showing unexplained charges/charging incorrectly.
