The leasing office was very helpful with move-in! Clean and safe apartment. Everyone seems so nice. Excited to make this home! The only con is parking - you get assigned spots with no say in where it’s at. Very interesting process.

So far everything has been great here my favorite part is the mini mart that’s provided, very convenient when I don’t want to leave the property!

Staff here is always friendly. Neighbors are nice. Hallways by apartments have light carpet so you see every stain, so it feels much older than its age. Package room is always a disorganized mess--sorting and organizing this should be a priority of the office. Appreciate the staff's efforts to have community events, although I think they don't market it well, and we get a reminder on text halfway through the event. I toured here I think they greatly overstated the sound proofing. The trains... are regular, long and loud. Thank goodness for Zoom's noise cancelling feature--the trains have made it hard to concentrate during work meetings. Also, be mindful about what side of the building you move into--the Alsco building on the back side of us has VERY bright lights in their parking lot. Amenities are nice. Building stays clean for the most part. Office staff is friendly and responsive. The noise level has been steadily increasing and difficulties with Guest parking and occupancy increases. Package room gets a little hairy.

So far I love my apartment. The interior finishes perfectly matches with my decor. I feel safe here. There is not much noise. The only thing I would say as a con is the train frequency. My apartment is directly across from it & it comes by often. However the noise does not bother me & I sleep soundly.
