I love living in the community! The only rough thing is the trains that pass by almost every 2 hours throughout the night and day, besides that everyone is so friendly!

Location is great, staff are kind but they need to step up professionally. too many things haven't been properly set up, people are already moving out after 2 months. bug situation is kind of bad with ants. they call it a luxury experience but they are understaffed and don't have 24 hour concierge. unless you really want to be close to downtown and they have a good deal for rent, id pick a different complex.

Move in was smooth. Love the apartment. Very cozy & quiet. Love the little sounds of the train also. Everything has been great overall! No complains
