So far I love my apartment. The interior finishes perfectly matches with my decor. I feel safe here. There is not much noise. The only thing I would say as a con is the train frequency. My apartment is directly across from it & it comes by often. However the noise does not bother me & I sleep soundly.

Location is great, staff are kind but they need to step up professionally. too many things haven't been properly set up, people are already moving out after 2 months. bug situation is kind of bad with ants. they call it a luxury experience but they are understaffed and don't have 24 hour concierge. unless you really want to be close to downtown and they have a good deal for rent, id pick a different complex.
