One of the biggest changes has been the decision to switch the parking garage from assigned to unassigned parking. Having an assigned space was a major convenience, especially coming home from work and knowing I had a spot available. Since the change, I’ve had occasions where I’ve had to drive all the way to the top floor of the garage just to find parking. In my opinion, this change has made parking less convenient for residents rather than improving it.
I also had a relatively small billing... issue involving an assessed fee. While management acknowledged the issue and indicated it would be corrected, it has now been about a month and it still has not been resolved. The amount itself isn’t my main concern, it’s the length of time it has taken to correct a straightforward billing issue. That does make me somewhat hesitant about how a larger billing concern might be handled in the future, should renew the lease. Great community! Lovely amenities and quiet. Had a very easy move in process and so far no complaints. Staff is so friendly and attentive!!!

TOURING SOON: Schedule late tours to get a real look of the property & be sure to start your tour off in the package room, then 1st floor of the gym specifically ask them to TURN on the echelon device (fitness mirror) that hasn't worked since Feb. 2026, then go by the Disgusting pet wash, the dog park, walk the outside grounds where there is grassy area with a staff before you even walk into any of the units. Tour the FILTHY trash chute(s) on each floor you tour. Be sure to check the stairway... for smeared dog poop, trash, & spider webs. Try not to get caught when both trains are running at the same time. I'd advise not living in any unit facing the same direction as the leasing office, that train is LOUD & VERY ACTIVE. Think you're going to sleep in on a Saturday, lol not here buddy.

CURRENT RESIDENTS: Do yourself a favor and take everything from under your bathroom sink(s) & use a flashlight to check for MOLD. I encourage everyone to update your reviews based on your experience living here including the residents that don't have working stoves, washers, dryers, etc. there is no need for us to continue to be silent tenants paying for living conditions we are not receiving. Be aware, this property constantly change policies; no longer have assigned parking until the staff figure it out, parking fees, coffee cups. Elevators are forever BROKEN. The trains are horrible and they WILL NOT give you a sound machine even after promising.

Management need only to contact me in writing this point forward) when I have reported MOLD in my unit on several occasions since 6/24/26, in person and via the community app. Today is 8/31:26 and MOLD is still in my unit! Also, the staff closed my maintenance ticket without resolving my mold issue! My unit reeks of mold; sorry to my neighbors but someone on the 5th floor started the mold issue according to staff. Management there is no need for lip service here in blaming the increase of residents aka foot traffic for the poor upkeep of the property, hire more cleaning staff, technicians, actually PAY the invoice the external mold contractor provided to your office to fix the mold issue in my unit, and hire more maintenance crew since the budget has now increased due to more foot track/residents living here. My experiences so far have been outstanding. Move in process was fast and efficient. The unit was in great condition and what I expected to see. So far so good!

Disappointing experience here, mainly due to how mold issues have been handled. I reported a mold problem and it was marked as resolved without actually being fixed — I’ve had to keep pushing for months to get it addressed, with little urgency from the team. If you’re considering this property, I’d ask pointed questions about how they handle maintenance requests, especially anything involving mold.
