When issues arise, our team works closely with our elevator vendor to restore service as quickly as possible.
Regarding the fire alarms, resident safety is our top priority. Fire alarm activations can occur when smoke or other triggers are detected within the community, and because these situations are often unexpected, advance notice is not possible. While we understand these disruptions can be frustrating, the alarm system is designed to ensure the safety of all residents.
