Amenities are nice. Building stays clean for the most part. Office staff is friendly and responsive. The noise level has been steadily increasing and difficulties with Guest parking and occupancy increases. Package room gets a little hairy.

So far I love my apartment. The interior finishes perfectly matches with my decor. I feel safe here. There is not much noise. The only thing I would say as a con is the train frequency. My apartment is directly across from it & it comes by often. However the noise does not bother me & I sleep soundly.

It’s really clean in the apartments. The staff have been very helpful. I enjoy the view from my apartment. The bathrooms and closet are pretty spacious.
