I can say that the Comunity is quite and the staff is really professional but I have been getting issues with hot water for a long time and every time we open a work order have been closed without solve it.

Hi there, we appreciate your honest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve. We are pleased you have been satisfied with the efforts of our team members and look forward to serving you again. Regarding the hot water, we sent out a... statement a couple of weeks ago that the water district is having to address that situation. What is happening is that during the peak usage hours from 6pm - 9pm the water supply arriving to the community lowers. When the quantity of water drops, it lowers the amount of water used in the boilers thereby decreasing the hot water in your home. This a new phenomena at this community and the utility district has been notified twice. The are not able to commit to a time when the issue will be resolved. Quiet place to stay. Extremely limited guest parking, basically none. No 24 hour package drop off location. Front gate is usually broken. Maintenance is nice and will help speedily.
