The apartments themselves are beautiful, but the management is one of the worst I've ever dealt with.
This property has gone downhill since the original management company was replaced. During my time there, my vehicle was wrongfully towed, and it took nearly two months for management to correct my account and address the charge. The office staff were consistently condescending and unprofessional, which ultimately played a major role in my decision to move out.
I was a... great tenant—I always paid rent on time, followed the rules, and left the apartment in excellent condition. Despite that, management attempted to charge excessive move-out fees. After I met with them, some of the charges were reduced, but the manager at the time never followed through with sending the updated invoice. Since I had already moved out and never received anything further, I assumed the remaining balance had been waived.
Then I received a call from collections.
Apparently, the entire management team had been replaced, and instead of contacting me regarding the disputed balance, the new team simply sent it to collections. After being notified, I went to the office in person seeking answers. The property manager, assistant manager, and finance staff were all unable to help and claimed the matter needed to be escalated.
No one followed up.
I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent three separate emails. Not a single person responded. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern for residents is unbelievable.
Based on my experience, management does not care about its tenants. The treatment I received made it clear that some residents are treated differently than others, and that perception existed under the previous management and continues under the current one.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. The apartments may look nice, but the management experience is not worth it.

These are more like LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS. With all of the Granite Countertops that you can stand to have. Spacious is an understatement! Neighbors are pleasant. I don’t hear my neighbors moving around in their apartment , like in the past with our experience with apartment living. It is very clean here. No Roaches which is a plus, plus, plus! This is definitely a family friendly community. Maintenance come fast if you need them. Before I could finish the repair request because they are always... around. I happen to see one and he walked in immediately to help. In less than 5 minutes he was gone and repairs were done.
There is no children hanging around outside. No Grownups hanging around outside. It’s been a pleasant experience .
