This complex is really quit. I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. There is things that could use some updating but its reasonable for the price. Residents with dogs has no respectful for other ppl the leave their dog mess all over and there's a dog area for them to take care of their business. You can't help all the stray cats that comes around. The new manager is trying her best to improve the property fixing things that needs fixing but it does take time. The maintenance guys are... okay sometimes but they could use some improvement. There is no break-ins, hardly no kids and i believe this is a plus. I luv living here for the years i have

I have lived here for more than 11 years and I have seen a big change in the apartments. The Manager ms Shante always gets stuff done. She's so nice and polite. Please keep her here .

Terrible
DO NOT MOBE HERE!!! I am saving you a lot of trouble. The rent is too expensive, no parking, the water is always off, animals run loose around property, neighbors are loud, you pay for trash pickup and they rarely show up, and the gate is always broken. Terrible place to live! I hate it here!

Can't Wait for my Lease to be Done
Same issues as other reviews for this place. It's old and run down. It's 5am and I am laying in bed, can't sleep because my A/C went out again during the night and it's hot in my apartment. This is the 2nd time in less than a month. Don't waste your money here.

Run Far Far Away
These apartments are the worst. They were bad before hurricane Harvey and now worst. Roaches are terrible now, property is not maintained, maintenence does nothing, literally changed management 3 times in the past year, safety doesn't exist, and customer service is terrible. They do not care about their residents at all! They didn't even bother protecting the stairs and walk ways during the most recent hard freeze or put out a notification about it until the day after! You will never be able to... reach the office and the assistants are always changing. Oh and the water is always off. Last year it was off over 30 times in total yet the water bill went up $20 in the past month. They make you pay for a trash pickup service and still pay to use the trashcan yourself. If you stay up late enough, you will hear gunshots or be able to witness the local drug dealer selling. This place has hit rock bottom and I cannot wait until my lease is up. I mean at this point Haverstock is a better choice than this place.
