The renovations and property look amazing! Great to see the new owners making all of the improvements and adding the amenities. This is such an awesome place to live!

These are older apartments that have lovely, large floor plans. Sadly, there are a lot of problems with the ancient plumbing that even the most responsive management would have a hard time keeping up with.Also, most of the units do not have washer-dryer connections. There are several laundry rooms that are not maintained at all and do not have any ac or heat, so doing laundry is always a problem. The manager has already warned me that the rent is going to go up a lot and other tenants that are... moving out have testified to that fact. I believe you can find something much newer and better maintained for your money-That is a real shame!
