Overall I hate it here after the first month I have been getting the runaround. Rent goes up 150 bucks randomly, infested with bugs (all types), vehicles arent safe (my truck was scratched up every time I walk outside), constant arguments at 1 am - 4 am, and police are always here for safety protocols, etc. The list can go as long as yo want it.
Look else- where.

This property is great
This property situated between Hayes Rd and Olympia Drive is in a very good location within the West Chase District. The property has undergone a lot of improvements / renovations ever since the new management / owners took over in September last year. The improvements, among others, were complete repair/refurbishment of the two existing laundry centers; all the old dryers and washing machines were replaced with brand new units. The flooring was replaced completely and painting was done. ... Two swimming pools are now operational and regularly cleaned. The gym which was closed during the pandemic will be opened soon. I see regular mowing of the grass in the dog park in front of my apartment. There are still though residents who violate the rules that their dog poops that they should attend to it and put it in the dog poop trash bins. I still see dog poops n the walkways and sometimes in front of my apartment; management has already installed two dog poop trash bins but I see those residents who let their dog poop in the dog park area they just don't get these dog poop trash bags available. The leasing office has a helpful staff in Jessica and Liz whenever I have billing issues with the utilities billings, as well as when I need to file a maintenance request. The maintenance requests are always done within 48 hours of my request to my satisfaction. I look forward to renewing my lease with the Corridor at WestChase for another year.

DO NOT MOVE IN
For starters I have been living in these apartments for over a year. The roaches are horrible. They are all over the place in the kitchen, bathroom, and in about any crack and crevices of the apartment. I have spent hundreds of dollars on bug sprays because even when you call the office for your concerns about the rodent problem they are not going to come and spray. Bugs climbing all over the ceiling and in the bathroom as you shower is not the ideal sight to see and the management do not care.... The bath tubs paint chips horribly and the rust around the faucet is a health hazard. But they will not fix that unless you renew your lease. They are not concerned about the rusted metal that is chipping off into your bath tub. So get used to taking showers only if you aren't already. They will harass you about picking up your dogs waste even though you pick it up. The security will follow you around just to see where you live so that they can harass you even more. That is not a good use for security if you ask me. I have been woken up in the middle of the night to walk outside to a loud noise that turned out to be a man being held at gunpoint with a dog biting his leg while his other leg has blood dripping down it. Where was security then? The trash cans are always overflowing. There is dog manure everywhere. There is trash thrown behind bushes, so I have to be very careful walking my dogs so that they do not eat the trash and get sick. This is not a safe neighborhood to live in and is a huge health hazard. Please be cautious when applying to this apartment complex.

Units may look decent but it’s roach infested, and not 1 or 2 a day. More like they’re having parties in your kitchen & bathroom infested

Rat infestation
I just moved in a month ago and the place has a serious rodent infestation.
