Coop Farmers Market is a great location if you enjoy being outside and going to different places. It’s also a community where you can just relax and be low key. It’s not far from Downtown and the Heights have good restaurants & Activities to check out.

I’ve been living here since the beginning of August & Honestly this Location a great Fit for people who like to be in the Middle of Everything. The Cost of Living here is the reality of where you’re in your own Life. For the “Quality” of what this Property has to offer; It’s been a Good review for me so Far. Everyone is Different, however the Layouts of these apartments is worth a Consideration. I Enjoy it Here!

This is a nice and newer community that I find refreshing to live in. I like the newer amenities and the convenience of the property location which is in the middle of everything you can have access to such as roadways, your local markets, restaurants and services. This is what attracted me to this wonderful property.

COOP Farmers Market is a clean building in a convenient location. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional, timely, and willing to accommodate the residents’s requests. The day of my move in I was helped greatly by the leasing and maintenance staff. They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. The complex is very clean, the halls are vacuumed often, parking lot is clean, the complex is quiet. Highly recommend. The apartment units are spacious, updated, and offer a sleek,... modern look, with updated appliances.
