The reason why you cannot live quietly in your own home does not want. Music at any time if you are not fined they do not want children outside or plants if you will not be fined a bad management of the manager

The reason why I do not recommend it is because you cannot be calm in your own home, they do not want music at any time, they do not want children to play outside and you cannot have anything on the porch for anything they want to put a fine up to having a plant 25 dollar up

This area has improved a lot. With development of Pinto Park and lots of other businesses coming up, this area is great for working class people. Easy access to I45 and the metro. North of this area is rough near the Greenspoint mall. The nearby properties have been renovated and are much better.
