Do you want a home with safety and security? Do you wan to live close to the big city but far enough for comfort? Do you want a home with the look of a house but relaxed feel of an apartment? Do you want to be close to three different yet great school districts? Do you want friendly neighbors who hand you your packages if they arrive on their front yard? Do you want a hardworking and courteous staff always looking out for you and your home? Do you like trash valet, a sparkling pool, awesome... lounge, beautiful outdoor space, and a clean gym? Our apartment is very roomy with a large kitchen, laundry room and attatched garage. We have a very nice private patio. The grounds are well maintained and the staff has been friendly and helpful.Any time we have needed a repair it has been taken care of quickly without any problem. There is a nice pool to cool off in and to relax around. We have enjoyed living here and would recommend Chartwell Court to other to enjoy as well.

This complex is very lucky to have such a fabulous manager. She's pleasant and fun and concerned about any problems that might come up. The apartments are very spacious and they have a garage!

Apartments are well located (5 min from I-45). There is not many young people or children in this apartment, so it makes it kind of quite.
My A/C was old and it took a while to cool down my place. I heard similar comments from neighbors.
It was recently acquired by another apartments. Management is not well known to me.
