I have been a resident at Hammerly oaks Apartments for about 30 years. I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors. The grounds are kept up nicely. The buildings look updated. Maintenance does a great job and in a timely manner. There is very good communication between the management staff and the residence. I have been very very happy here.

Nice people live here. Maintenance for laundry rooms can be better. Nice showers were the temperature doesn’t change on you when you are using it.

Hammerly Oaks isn’t all bad. There are parts that are good but respectfully the bad out weigh the good. If you are looking for a quick way and cheap living stay here but don’t expect world class top tier living. The amenities do not work or you will not have access to them and the neighbors are sketchy. I highly suggest if you dare move here to get ring cameras for the interior and exterior of your apartment.

Excelente todo muy bien muy lindo limpio el mantenimiento es muy bueno no tengo ningún problema los vecinos son agradables es un lugar muy tranquilo

Overall okay apartments, just make sure you have no mold. And you’re okay with getting paint chipped off your car due to small parking spaces. Also the front leasing office never answers. Not much noise disturbance. Schools are near.
