Less than ZERO stars!! BE WARE PHONY PICS!
This NEWLY RemodeledDump! Is a joke. If you’re thinking of moving here, the pictures that they have online are so doctored up there is a dog crap all over the ground roaches are uncontrollable. They turn the water off at Will for days when it is turned back on it’s rusty, orange and gross. Her water bill is higher than mine and I have a house with a big front and back yard. The Parking area is scary and dirty right next to the dumpsters that are always overfilled when you called for a... maintenance problem, no one seems concerned until you call the third time the newly remodeled just means painted over. Grease kitchen walls, the tub was painted over dirt and grime. I don’t live there but visit my friend there and I can’t believe my eyes. There one and only pool is always dirty and it’s tiny for all the people who live there. The other pools were filled with dirt and now they’re a weed park.This is a dangerous place to raise children or have an elderly person live here when they can shut utilities off at will with no warning. They are a law suit waiting to happen! Be AWARE! BRISA APTS REMODELED DUMP!

Don't rent here
I'm a resident, this place is terrible. Water turns off often because of problems, laundry rooms are horrible, terrible grounds, terrible management.

Worst Apartments
worst apartments ever only listing the nice apartments online. pool has no water and grass in it. Have been asking for weeks to fix light on stairs and hallways. still not fixed walking in dark. Roaches within apartment and staff is super unfriendly
