I'm not here to be upsetting or negative just here to give warning to tenants who may be moving out!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure somebody from the front office does a walk through with you prior to turning in your keys and you get it IN WRITING!!!, because they will charge you for cleaning/ or whatever else and will not give warning. I found out about my charge through a letter a DEBT COLLECTOR sent me. I was surprised because I moved out a month prior to my moveout date so I cleaned my old... apartment for an entire month to make sure everything was as clean as I could get it. I also made sure to contact the apartments and ask if I had any remaining balance and I was told no everything was good; keep in mind their employees don't seem to last very long so the lady I talked to 4 months ago no longer works there. Fast forward 4 months later and I receive a letter (NOT FROM BRAYS VILLAS) saying otherwise. Thank God the person from the debt collector was nice and worked something out with me, but if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have known nothing about the charge and it would've been on my credit.
I say this to say don't be in such a rush to move out with Brays Villas, make sure you take your time with the move out process and have somebody from the front office walk through with you and put in WRITING that you are cleared, keep your records just in case! I pray this helps somebody out! Have a great day!

Do Not Move
Sandpiper does not support renters that have been here for over 2 to 3 years.. No FACE MASK By No One at the office or Outside staff Really !! Careless no discounts for renters that have made this place what it is. No carpet shampooing or anything. After signing a new lease you think but it doesn’t happen. They have specials to get people in but afterwards nothing.. People are moving out left and right fir better services and for a maintenance and a better crew. Manager the worst Rude !

MOLD PLUS MORE!!!
If I could rate 0 I would. Not only did they move us into an apartment with an infestation problem..they also couldn't replace the microwave that is in the apartment because it's from the old management..which is odd since it is now theirs..and now they cant put screens on our windows..wow with these apartments!! Dont waste your time.There is also mold under our sink and they are trying to tell us that it is not mold when it is clearly blackened from the water that was leaking from our faucet!!... Keep in mind my wife is pregnant. They dont care!!! They only want the money stay away seriously.

the maintenance here don't come right away when theres a problem, they decide to come 2weeks later when the damage got even worse
