I moved in 2 years ago. The community WAS chill. However, my apartment was a disaster when I moved in. There was MOLD in my vents, roaches ALL OVER the kitchen. The carpet was not clean or shampoo’d. There were holes in the walls. The dryer hose was detached so there was lint all over the walls. The garbage disposal was busted. The dishwasher didn’t work. I spent hundreds of dollars getting my place together with the help of maintenance. I can’t believe I paid a deposit of $500 and nothing was... done prior to me moving in. Leslie DID take care of things promptly though, I’ll give them that.

Fast forward 2 years later - the community is also a disaster. There’s been 4 break ins in the parking lot, the gate is ALWAYS BROKEN so anyone can get in, there’s no security at night, the pool all of a sudden became a public pool since anyone can just get in at anytime - it be loud people in the pool area at any given hour. The people that used to live here were so chill. Now it’s the RACHETEST of people living here as well as the RACHETEST of people who DONT EVEN LIVE HERE just kicking it in our pool. I lived in a complex that costed less and had security at night. I KNOWW they can afford a security guard from 11pm-4am…unified just acting STINGY.

I still have mold in my apartment and all they do is keep sending people to “clean it” but it’s been almost 2 years. It’s crazy.

I hope the new manager can get it together because the property has so much potential. It’s just the WORST COMPANY EVER TO RUN IT. We deserve better UNIFIED. Read More

The apartments was ok until the apartment was bought out by Unified Residential Management. Ever since this apartment was bought out by Unified Residential Management this apartment has gone downhill. My car was hit while it was parked and they caught it on camera. However, they won't show me to footage so that I can press charges due to their "policy". Major damage was done to the back of my car and they don't care. Now I have to wait weeks for an investigator to help me because of this stupid... policy. I called corporate and the manager Anna was very rude and unprofessional. Please don't move here!

I currently live on the property with my family and I have no complaints. It is good quality for the price and one can easily access most parts of the city from the location. What more, the property manager Jennifer, is very professional and courteous. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone without any reservations.
