DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ATE CHEQP APARTMENTS MASKED AS LUXERY. In the beginning when I first moved in I would have given 5 stars of course before I actually acquired my unit. From the start they entered me into the wrong unit but they did accommodate me into my current unit that’s not an issue. The WALLS ARE SO THIN I can hear my upstairs neighbor and adjacent neighbors this is not LUXURY for the amount of $$$ I pay. Then they keep adding regulation after regulation new rules all the time. This... point in time there no freedom in these apartments you can’t play music in the pool you can’t smoke in the balcony or in the parking lot you have to leave the apartment to vape. That’s ridiculous. Additionally the amount of PESTS there’s a lot of flying cockroaches that have entered my vehicle and unit. Then last week I went on vacation and they swore they had painted reserved spots a month prior when it must of been done the week I was gone I received communication my vehicle could be towed if not moved. I pleased with them and let them know I was not home and they need to let us know at least 7 days in advance to avoid this and they stated they had painted these reserve numbers a month ago I was so upset I had to call my sister to move my vehicle. I am so upset here plus they don’t refill the coffee machine anymore. DONT GET ME STARTED HOW GARAGE PARKING IS BASICALLY $300/monthThese are not luxury apartments these are cheaply made apartments made to look good to fool you. People here who have dogs also don’t care about the property if you go to the park or just to your car you will smell the foul urine/poop smell because the owners don’t pick up after their pets.DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY ??

Absolutely LOVE Ascend at Bittmoore. Beautiful units, great staff, and community is clean. Move in was so easy and getting a leasing contract was even easier. This community is pet friendly!

Really love the community is very quiet. It’s definitely a dog community and friendly people all around. Very quiet not loud at all during night and the area is also really nice.
