The EV chargers here have worked for 6 days this entire year. It’s ridiculous. They should not be able to advertise that they have EV charging. It’s a huge part of why I moved here but now I have to go to HEB to charge my car.

EV Chargers never work. I specifically looked for a place with EV Chargers. And I need Charging at home. If you are an EV owner stay away or get used to public charging only.

When I first moved into this apartment in February 2020, this place was amazing. Staff was friendly and nice and remembered you by name, they were extremely responsive, and professional. Recently however, it has gone downhill in a short period of time. Cars are getting broken into in the parking garage, neighbors are extremely loud, roaches and trash are found in the hallways, and just walking to the door the scent of weed hits you in the face. I pay way too much money to live here to be living... in this situation. Im just trying to stick it out until my lease is up.

Arlo is a lovely community with very attentive and pleasant management staff. It has been a great experience living here so far. There are areas of improvement, but for the most part, they are trying their best.
