While the location is good for easy access to everyday needs. That doesn't excuse some of the office staff that are rude and just apathetic when being asked simple questions like maintenance updates. Not to mention being disrespectful with tenants when they are trying to get said answers.
On to maintenance, takes 2-3 days minimum for anything to get completed. When you ask for updates, the whole office staff doesn't like answer or when they decide to do, its only because you have had to ask... multiple times. Not to mention, they have misled even myself saying that a maintenance issue had been resolved only for it to do break again quickly after the repair was complete and it cause damage to personal property later that the complex refuses to acknowledge.

If they are charging this much money to live here, the office staff can be much more respectful and maintenance can be done quicker but they choose to be disrespectful and rude when even asking for updates, mainly cause I do not like leaving my animals locked in a smaller area of my apartment for multiple days due to the apartment policies of not coming in with loose pets(not knocking the policy because I understand it) but that policy was never told to myself and potentially other tenants and it caused delays in maintenance for me because simple communication is unheard of with the office staff. The only reason i found out about the policy was because it was taking almost a week to get some maintenance done on the apartment.

If you value your money in where you like to live, there is always better complex's, nicer staffs and quicker maintenance elsewhere. Look to those places first before coming here. I've been here a year and a half and seriously contemplating moving at the end of the lease.. Read More

The EV chargers here have worked for 6 days this entire year. It’s ridiculous. They should not be able to advertise that they have EV charging. It’s a huge part of why I moved here but now I have to go to HEB to charge my car.

EV Chargers never work. I specifically looked for a place with EV Chargers. And I need Charging at home. If you are an EV owner stay away or get used to public charging only.

When I first moved into this apartment in February 2020, this place was amazing. Staff was friendly and nice and remembered you by name, they were extremely responsive, and professional. Recently however, it has gone downhill in a short period of time. Cars are getting broken into in the parking garage, neighbors are extremely loud, roaches and trash are found in the hallways, and just walking to the door the scent of weed hits you in the face.
