Roaches. There is a constant battle with roaches. The hallways stink all the time. The amenities are unreliable at best. The windows are difficult to open and close, and there are drafts all winter and summer. This causes the heating and cooling costs to go through the roof.
The elevators and hallways are always dirty, this includes dog waste from people not cleaning up after their pets. Valet trash doesn't include boxes and you cannot take them to the trash shoot. You have to walk it down to... the roach-infested trash bins. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. I cannot wait until this lease is up so I can move.

Thank you for leaving us with your feedback. We have a housekeeper on site daily who cleans the elevators and hallways. If you see an area that needs to be addressed, please let our team know. We also have pest control visits weekly to address any... issues in that area. We frequently remind residents to be responsible with their pets. If you witness anyone violating community guidelines, please let us know so we can address it immediately. We take all of these issues seriously and work diligently and quickly toward a resolution. This place is TRASH
I’ve spoken to every member of staff at the complex and literally nobody has done anything about my washer being broken. When they did come repeatedly to repair it, it’d be broken again with 72 hours. I’m going on my third month with no washer for me and my 1 year old child. No way to live. Will be moving out ASAP. My neighbor had a roach problem and they also took entirely too long after too many complaints from him to fix the issue. This place doesn’t care about their residents and I wish... someone told me before moving here. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. If I could leave 0 stars…. I would.

DONT RENT HERE, Management is terrible
DONT !!! Rent here if you don't want to waste your hard earned money !!! Staff is negligent, and has taken their sweet time refunding me the money I put down & it's been months ... Continuously giving me the runaround and ignoring me ... Very bad for business!!!

Nice area TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Once the management team changed to ZRS the upkeep and customer service has declined tremendously. Please reconsider before leasing.

Stay away
overprice terrible service they don't answer the phone or emails you can't have things delivered to you apartment (I've had countless problems with this) the maintenance is not good
and i've lived here for less than 4 months, definitely a horrible and expensive experience
