906 Oakley St is located in Houston, TX in the 77006 zip code.
While I have only lived at 906 Oakley for less than one year, the property itself is in great condition given when the building was originally built. Dale and Maggie take exceptional care of the property, they do not give it the "landlord special" treatment, but ensure building equipment, materials, and tenant needs are well taken care of. That means there are well insulated high-quality windows that actually open, high efficiency central AC, and there are NOT hundreds of coats of paint on the... walls; maintenance issues are always handled promptly, usually same day if possible. Beyond this, the property is in a great location and is walking distance from Hermann Park, Houston's MFA, a couple dive bars, coffee shops, and various restaurants. If only a grocery store was nearby, I would never need my car.

Amazing place to live
I couldn’t suggest a place to live any more than Fort Oakley. Dale is fantastic, communicative, and respectful. Well maintained, great location, you couldn’t ask for more!
