The space features an open-concept layout with ceramic tile flooring, central AC and heat, a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fireplace for a cozy touch. It comes furnished (disregard the vacant look of the pics) with a bed, couch, dining table, and other essentials—just no television. You’ll also have access to a shared washer and dryer located in a separate exterior unit. Driveway parking is included, and we handle all landscaping.
