Disappointed
Staying to finish my lease, but not very satisfied with my stay. When we first moved in Property Manager and Maintenance was on top of any problems that would come up, but by the end of lease I found mold and it took over a month for it to be taking care of and to top it off Mold covered Main A/C unit and to this day has yet to get cleaned or checked. Just use caution when renting here loved the location and quietness of complex in general, but due to this issues was why i had to give a 2 star... rating.

Love it!
These apartments are beautiful inside and out, love the way they remodeled them! Management is very helpful and organized. I also love that they have a ton of space for my kids to play and that it's far away from the busy streets. Also you can't beat the price of the apartment, its such a great deal!

This is a great place to live here in Harlingen. Very Peaceful. Management is on top of things. Close to the Expressway. I really liked the granite countertops. My family and I enjoy living here.

Remodeled apartment and great living!!
I've been living here for four months going on and I have to admit, it is a very peaceful apartment complex, laundromat and mailbox locations are nice and safe. The apartment inside is nice and has a modern slick look to them. The AC is great. Kitchen is amazing, bathrooms are excellent! And bedrooms are fantastic! Had no issues. The management is always on top! They are both great, very understanding, and helpful. People in the complex are always friendly waiving and being pleasant.
The only... small con is walls CAN be thin but I don't mind at all for where I'm living and paying..it's GREAT.
But if you don't want to deal with too much noise I recommend an upstairs apartment.
