Cons: No guest parking is available in weekdays after 7pm. Guests have to park at the bank next door. Guest parking also applies if you are a tenant here and don't have a carport. If you rent a carport, you should be okay.

I’ve been living here for 5 months & I must say I regret my decision. It is very over priced for the poor service you will receive. Staff is very rude, they make you feel like an inconvenience & they’re very unwelcoming. You have to harass them just to get things fixed. The apartment they show you is not what you will get. DO NOT move here. Hallways are disgusting and parking is terrible.

I spent 3 months in a 1BR apt while waiting for my house to get built. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. From the crown molding to the 6 panel doors the apartment is beautiful. They give you options to pain the accent wall, even though I was there such a short time the painting made it feel like home (and they did the painting). They one time I needed maintenance he came the next day, called before and was clean and professional and fixed the problem immediately. The pool was lovely,... and they have grills all over the complex that was a great feature to use. They have a fitness center that was clean and never really busy. I loved the lounge area, it had a TV and you can connect to the free WiFi and get some work done or relax and play pool. The property was quiet, clean, and safe.

The thing I like the most is the office staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. They hold all deliveries (if you request) so you don't have to worry about them going missing from your doorstep, and you can pick up a cold drink or a snack when you swing by to pick them up.

The closing on my house was delayed a week, and they were so kind to extend my lease a week. When that week was up and the house was still not ready they extended it 3 more days. I had to cancel my move to this place due to their lies!. The place they show you before you sign the lease is not what you're gonna get. And to make matters worse, they will performed a Hard credit inquiry on my credit report without my explicit consent. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor, save time and money and look somewhere else. This place is expert on lies!

The apartment was nice and clean, but there is a lack of friendliness from the staff. From day one I felt an inconvenience and rushed out of the offices.
I was hoping to deal with humans, but they were all corporate that over charge for very little service. I will not be recommending this place.
I expect what I pay for and it is not there.
The apartment was nice, but too high of price for not a great location, tiny pool, baby dog park, and unhelpful staff.
