I explored the property complex and immediately applied. The floor plans are incredibly spacious, and the location is absolutely ideal. I can't wait to start hitting the trails right across the street.

This place is so gross. It hasn't been maintained and there's black mold, roaches, cracked ceilings, and no one will fix it

I have experienced my share of different apt complexes and so far this one has been....ok... fairly good until 2 weeks ago. Office needs to show more concern when it comes to foul stench from air vents and black mold in the air vents as well. I have children who have been inhaling that stuff all night for a whole week. Had to transfer my kids to the living room cause the stench was terrible in bedroom, coughing, headaches,etc and all they can say is that they have experienced the same issue... themselves. They did sent maintenance to check it out. All they said is that it could be water damage and they were gonna inform the office about it......still waiting.....1 week later..... Alot of the office management team need to remember that we are RENTING a unit on the property. We don't own it. Fix the issues at hand even if it takes days or weeks. Before paying this company any money make sure you walk the entire property. When going to view the model apartment, you walk past buildings that are kept up. The rest of the property no so much. Paint is chipping from the walls of the buildings. There is rotted wood all over the complex and they do not care. They have some large pieces of wood that appear to be ready to fall off (God help anyone standing under that part of the walkway). After management was notified of this they seem to... have promptly ignored it (they have made no effort to repair/replace it). They tell residents (at least the assistant manager said it to me) they were repainting the buildings next spring (that was two years ago - guess what - nothing has been done).

Be advised that the model they show you is very nice. However, the apartments no so much. Unfortunately you sign a lease before actually seeing the apartment you are renting. At least the apartment that I rented, was not cleaned, missing a pantry door and other doors had damage that was just painted over. There were windows that did not lock and you could see daylight around the edges of the outside door. There were many spots on the walls that had damage that appeared to have been filled in with caulk (which had dried out and left sunk in depressions).

They did put in new carpet in the apartment prior to my moving in, but either the quality of the carpet was and/or the installation was poor (the carpet unravels at the edges). I put in numerous service calls and it still was not fixed properly. I emailed the manager and stated flatly that I will not assume liability for the carpet when they refuse to have it repaired (I will be soon moving we will see how that goes).

Not worth the money. Save your money and go somewhere updated in last 20 years. “Update” here means sloppy paint and carpet jobs, new fridge (if it works properly) and new hall lights. AC unit probably installed in 1995, so electric bill is $150 in summer.
