I have lived here for only few days and sincerely I feel so comfortable. I like the environment, my first night in my apartment was splendid. The front desk is friendly and welcoming, I like the ambience and the proximity of the complex to major highways as commuting is made easy.

My experience has been great so far. The only complaint I've had is maintenance timeline, but I have moved in during the holiday busy season. The amenities seem great and clean. The area is quiet and relaxing.

It was a rather complicated process to stay in touch with someone. I had to call multiple times just for them to tell me that something was not done and then had to call multiple more times to make sure everything was being handled correctly. Once I got someone on the phone they were helpful and nice.

I love living at the Duvall. It has been a good experience thus far, my only issue would be that packages have to be sent to fetch which is an inconvenience to me and receiving packages on time. I have to wait for my package to be scanned in before it can even be scheduled for delivery whereas every other apartment I have lived at, my packages get sent directly to me.
