The Gabriel Apartments have truly exceeded my expectations and have proven to be one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced in quite some time. From the very beginning of our lease, Ms. Connie, Ms. A’Laysha, and Ms. Tatiana have gone above and beyond to make my best friend’s and my transition from another state as seamless as possible. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating—even when adjustments needed to be made to our move-in. Their attention to detail and... genuine care made a stressful process feel incredibly easy. Our apartments were extremely clean when we moved in, the spacious floor plans are wonderful, and the maintenance team has been absolutely amazing. It’s clear that everyone (from the maintenance staff to the leasing agents and management) takes pride in the community and genuinely cares about the residents. One thing I especially appreciate is the effort put into creating a real sense of community. The resident events throughout the year, including celebrations for nearly every holiday and even Father’s Day, really show that this is more than just a place to live. Those little things make a big difference. I truly believe first impressions mean everything, and the team at Gabriel Apartments made an incredible one. Since the start of my lease, their professionalism, kindness, responsiveness, and dedication have made my time here a blessing. Trash in hallways, office locked at lunch hour so good luck stopping by on your lunch break. Phone calls go unreturned.

I reported the trash yesterday. There is seepage from the trash and there were roaches gathered around it this morning and 2 roaches inside my doorway INSIDE the apartment.

I moved into The Gabriel last week and I could not be happier. The staff leading up to my move in date were so amazing, responsive, and helpful. Upon moving in, I was amazed at just how nice the community, and my apartment is. I could not be happier with choosing The Gabriel!
