The apartments are cheap for the price especially for the bills you have to pay (which mostly is just paying rent, since everything is all paid for). Anyways, the location is great for people who love to find stores to shop groceries or to eat fast food. Also the area is good since its in Garland. The things you ought to worry about are the roach infestations, here's a tip, you should take care of it yourself because you cant rely on the apartment faculty to do anything about it, because they... will always come back. The guy(s) don't do much a great job (so yeah), best to do the killing yourself. The office staff are really nice and helpful. Never had a problem with them since I've been staying there. The neighbors tend to be very loud, but they keep to themselves, and are friendly. The apartments are very big and great for what you pay for, just a little of problems one can deal with. Also there is a school nearby so you will be hearing the school announcements if you live much closer to them.
There's isn't much for me to review other than what I just stated.

awesome place to live, nowhere cant find better deal and good place to live in Garland . Do you want to live without paying to much this is the right place to settle
