On time every month to take your money but never to help you.
I'm not sure if these 5-star comments are real or not but my personal experience with this apartment complex is horrible. We've complained about the pest infestation even our neighbors have complained about the cockroach infestation plaguing each and every apt but every month on our bill they still charge us for "pest handling" it is laughable to see the fee because no worker does anything about it. Not only that maintenance purposely avoids doing their job. last time we had a conversation with... them we politely asked them if they can fix our restroom sink and bedroom ceiling fan that is about to fall and hurt someone, but he ignored us and told us to leave him alone. All he does all day is wonder around acting like he is doing something. We also filed complaints about our issues with the apartment that we are renting and nothing has been done. It has been over 10 months.

Prisoner in your own Home
My mother brother and sister live here and they have always had trouble with the office doing there job to have someone fix things. They always have new management and they are always confused. Currently they have been dealing with black mold for some months now and they never came out to fix it. The floor sinks the walls are black bad moist it smells so horribly like If something is dying. My mother lil sister and brother allergies have been going crazy cause of it. Please do no move here they... do not care about your well being. Don’t be deceived. My brother called multiple times and they said it’s not there priority and that they will live?!!!! My aunt and my baby cousins and one of them is under 1 year have there own place as well and are dealing with the exact same thing!!! And yet she has a 4 month old baby. There is sooo much wrong here. Please save yourself the trip and keep on driving when you see this place.

Save your money
Horrible... bug infested... we have been here a month we ha e gone a week with no hot water... the first few days with no stove no air... plumbing in the kitchen is horrible... the list goes on and on

Bad Apartments
Dont move here at all! We haven’t had hot water almost going on a week now. I don’t know what they expect us to do about it. This is my home, where i stay , i shouldn’t have to go to other people’s house just to take a shower, that’s what I’m paying my rent for isn’t it?
