1st let me say this is a historical property! The history on this property is interesting! Built in the 1930s as a school and in 1980 transformed into a apartment complex with massive bedrooms! In a quiet neighborhood and lovely tenants. So glad I found it!

Small quiet property
This property is in a residential area, very quiet and comfortable. I enjoy the sitting areas the manager provides, the free books that residents are allowed to borrow and the bbq areas! Manager was able to assist me and get back with me within 48 hrs!

Poor management
The manager is very unprofessional he showed me the apartment took my application fee and other documents and ignored all of my emails and treated me like I was nothing it was a waste of my time and gas money
