We've had an ant infestation for 7 months. 7 months of treatment and the manager wants us to try an additional month of pest treatment BEFORE submitting a 30 day notice so they can move us to another unit. We've been asking for help, only to be told the ants are in the walls and there's nothing to do but wait. Our life has been upended by ants in our closet, our shower, our bedroom, our pantry, our living room... there's only so many times you can handle opening food to find a swarm or to redo... a load of laundry because they like the smell of detergent. There are also plenty of roaches (including in the pool! Terrible!), spiders, and fruit flies like crazy. The front desk and the property manager seem like lovely people whose hands are tied. The issues with this place seem to be at the top, where your discomfort and frustration don't matter. Other apartments I've lived in have had bugs, but never like this. Please. Please look elsewhere.
