I lived at Civic at Frisco Square for ~3 years. While the location is convenient and the maintenance staff was kind and responsive, the overall experience declined over time. The main elevator by the loading area was down for over a month during my move-out, making the process harder — with no apology or support from management. Communication was inconsistent, lease renewal info was so delayed we ruled a renewal out, and management turnover was frequent. Despite branding itself as a luxury... complex, in-unit washer/dryers aren’t included, the clubhouse isn’t usable for remote work, and parking is both limited and monetized. When I asked about placing a moving POD, I got conflicting answers and zero help — even after being a long-term tenant. I hired a professional cleaner upon move out, but they still charged me a cleaning fee upon move out and included other bogus line items. The actual units are average, the gym is outdated, and rent feels overpriced for what you get. Civic looks good on the surface but fails to deliver a solid resident experience.

This place is the worst place I have lived and the most expensive. They treat you like a child. The warden comes by often for monthly inspection. The common areas and pool is gross. It is not well maintained. The units are not well maintained.
