Reception staff and new maintenance team worst behavior with Renters always talk rude.

Choose this apartment if you have lot of money in your hand. Please don’t fall for this high ratings. When you leave this apartment expect a bill around 1000 or over . Even if you keep your apartment so perfectly, still they charge you with so many things that you don’t even expect. So my humble request to all middle class people don’t choose this apartment.

We stayed here for almost 2.6 years and move out to another area. Before we left, we cleaned everything including carpet, bathtub, shelf, and stove, etc...
After one month they send out the final account statement and I suppose to pay $867. There is no stain on the carpet and they charged $285 (carpet replacement proportion - 5 years of life), Stove replacement $300, tub resurface $200, and cleaning $40.

People stay here to be aware of these things and I am not recommended this apartment.

I have been living here for over a year and I have had no issues. The leasing office staff is very friendly!
