I have lived here 5 years. The first two years was great. Starting in 2020 the Maintenace went from bad to worse. I have had certain things that have been broken since 2020 that still have not been fixed. I have made request after request. All I get are excuses...."no maintenance", "maintence is behind but will get to you", "new management- working to correct issues".....Still I have not got any issues fixed. Since 2020 - AC out for up to 5 days in a row during the hottest part of the... summer (happens just about every summer). I have a water leak that under the kitchen sink since Nov. of 2021 (4 months). I have to mop daily and water stands under my sink. After multiple floods I opened the valve outside my kitchen window to let some of the water out....now a gross moldy trail runs outside and down the sidewalk. AC leaks when it actually runs, large section of ceiling tiles got soaked and fell down last summer and still not replaced. Gaping hole in hallway ceiling. Hole in front bathroom ceiling resulting from same leak/standing water in ceiling. Yes, there is mold. Mold can be seen in the AC vents. Washer works but Dryer has not worked for two years. The gas has been off since 2/14/22 for the entire apartment complex. It has gone on so long that they are currently replacing all the stoves with electric. As of today I have not been able to cook in my apartment 44 days. My new care was broken into while parked in front of my apartment. I tried for 7 months to get a parking tag to park inside the gate but no one would ever answer emails, phone calls or be in the office at all. Unfortunately I renewed my lease for another year trusting on the manager office about that the air conditioning is fixed ?? from the 4th the July weekend 5 days with out AC ok the excuses from the manager...holiday weekend first excuse...after days second excuse it was because the AC's company didn't do the right job ...now August 29th of 2020 thd AC does not work again on the entire apartment complex...we are Friday so the hottest weekend of the summer with no air conditioning again!Don't... move to here if you like to have Air Conditioning during the hot texas summer. My apartment is near Ridgmar mall. It is on a street with 5 other apartment communities. Mine is called Ridgemont apartments. It has a pool.It is quiet with families and children.If I have a problem, I just call the office and they come and fix it right away.It is close to the freeway.It is close to the mall,grocery store and other things I need for daily life.I have a dsihwasher ,a washer/dryer, a microwave ,and a stove.It is a 1 bedroom.Aceiling fan in the living room.
