Restrictions

All animals must be registered with and approved by the leasing office, and all above mentioned pet costs will apply. Anyone in violation of the pet policy, in whole, or in part, will be subject to an initial fine of $100.00 and $10.00 per day until compliance with the pet policy is met. Failure to do so, could result in termination of the Lease Contract.
