I have been at these apartments for two years and they have changed management a multitude of times. The biggest reason not to rent here is because they don't repairs. My stairs has been broken for more than a year. I have had water leaking from the ceiling and they have yet to address it. They close out work orders without ever looking into the problem. They fine you if you have a grill sitting on the ground instead of on the 3 foot patio that is in font of the back screen door which is... always broken. They have lose two cashiers checks and have tried to charge me late fees even when their employee admitted to signing for the checks. They online pay is always messing up. I have been asking for pest control since the day I moved in for the roaches, finally just had to pay someone myself. The most recent thing is they created false charges to try and get more money out of me by saying i have foil on my windows which there has never been foil in my windows. Their emergency maintenance phone line is never monitored, i went more than 12 hours without power so that meant no heat and i have a toddler and a pre teen. The list goes on, ask any tenant that lives here before moving in, people have complete broken leases to get away from here, cops are always being called, tow truck is always on stand-by and if you have a visitor more than four times in a month, they have to start paying to park.
