I am a current resident here. I left some items on my front porch area to be sun dried and the maintenance took them. I have him on my Ring camera taking them. He claims that they were tossed in the trash but the items were a “sprayguard backpack which values @$70-$80; also a pair of crocs that values @$40-$50. We went to look in the trash but they were not there. No apologies were offered. They offered me a $100 credit and told me that I should be thankful. I will be moving from here... IMMEDIATELY when my lease is up. This is not my first incident with them but it’s just not worth the hassle here. Everything falls apart. My door does not unlock and lock efficiently. If you are a current or future resident watch out for your belongings.
My door is broken again, and won’t lock. I have to constantly write a work order to get it fixed(rigged up) instead of them just replacing the entire door! I wouldn’t let my DOG live in these apartments. As soon as I’m able to move I’m gonna do that !

Excelent service
I was scheduled for a tour at a terrible time for me, moreover as i arrived the traffic that day had been a little slow because of the college and highschool nearby leaving for the day, further moving my emotions. As my tour started, the tour guide changed my entire mood, she was a short hispanic lady named Alexia I believe. She had a very warm welcome and the sweetest smile. She was very kind and understanding to my situation that day and made a very speedy and super informative visit. The... place is very pretty and the area was nice and clean. I am definitely considering living here, especially if the whole staff is as amazing as Alexia. She definitely made my experience 5 stars.

Excellent staff
The office staff is always nice when I’m in need of something. If I put in a maintenance ticket they usually get to me same day. The leasing agent Alexia is very helpful with anything I’ve needed so far. Conveniently located location as well
