If you have a problem with unwanted visitors when you’re not home or identity theft problems do not move here.

Don't expect for repairs to be made in a timely manner of 5 days as it says in the apartment code , you have to keep bringing it up to their attention for anything to be done. Also the customer service is all fake, basically good luck ??.

Don't call this place home. There are so many problems with not only the buildings (painted over mold, lead based paint, and asbestos), but the tenants as well (litterers, drug pushers, and loud!). When it rains, raw sewage bursts from the pipes outside of the apartments and it's like that for days. This isn't just a one time thing, it happens all the time. Pass on Las Mariposas. I read the reviews before coming here. I heard that management was awesome and responsive. I was really hopeful that this place lived up to the hype. They moved me into a filthy apartment and ignored my work order requests. The neighbors don't have anything better to do than scream, fight, and deal drugs. I can't wait until my lease is up.
