Don’t be fooled by the “gated community” label. My catalytic converter was cut off my truck while on the property, and management refuses to close the security gates. There’s little to no real security here, and management doesn’t seem concerned. After experiencing a costly theft and seeing the lack of urgency from management, it’s clear that tenant security is not a priority. If safety and accountability matter to you, I would look elsewhere. Since living here I have received 3 30 phone calls... regarding a dog barking that wasn’t mine and my downstairs neighbors hearing footsteps. If those are the priorities of the apartment complex they need some serious help.

Love our new place!
We are so happy we chose Dream Marine Creek apartments as our next adventure. The facility is a great place to live with community events and great amenities. Our apartment is modern and cozy and the community is well kept. The grounds are well lite and secure at night. The jewel of all this is the staff. Bianca Tiffany and Jeremiah are also pleasant and eager to help with any and all questions or needs. Willie and Alex do a great job in the maintenance department with our request s as... well. All are so friendly and make living here's great experience. As mentioned above, the community events are fun and the staff go above and beyond to make things fun and enjoyable. Thanks do much!!!!

A peaceful place to live
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. What I appreciate most is the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The grounds are always clean and well-kept, and my neighbors are all very respectful. The management and maintenance teams are also excellent—they are professional, responsive, and always address any issues promptly. It truly feels like a nice, safe, and comfortable place to call home.

This apartment complex is a true gem!!
From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the elegant and functional design of this apartment. The open-concept living area feels incredibly spacious, and the large windows fill the entire space with natural light.
The natural beauty surrounding the community is incredible—I love waking up to the peaceful views every day.
Beyond the amazing location, which is also close to everything I need, the staff truly sets this place apart. Tiffany’s professionalism and attentiveness are... top-notch. I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service.

I moved in to this property in Jun, I couldn’t be happier. The grounds are well maintained. The amenities are top notch. I have had a great experience. Tiffany has been so helpful from start to finish. I can always pop in to the office and the staff are always super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a home and a peaceful experience. Dream Marine is definitely the place to be. It is close to all the shops and very close to downtown and the airport.
